Nestoria is a UK property and google maps mashup, with a few nice touches: very clean interface; fast; london underground overlay; lots of local content (e.g. pubs); integrated flickr photos; rotation of pins when too close to each other. Recently voted in top20 web 2.0 apps in the UK (read/write web)
